1. My name is Christopher Klein, I am from Daytona Beach, FL and pursing a degree in Business Administration here at the University of Florida. My skills happen to thrive in the areas of Finance and interpersonal skills when communicating with the people I am surrounded by.  Making friends and persuading others has always been my speciality. Majority of my experiences fall into real estate and traveling but I also love to golf in my spare time. My current aspiration is to finish my degree here at the University of Florida and obtain a job with in private equity or Real Estate investments. If I were to start my business, I would see this as either passive income or something I would enjoy doing on the side and possibly being the Co-owner. Here is my second elevator pitch. Even though no one left feedback on my last one, I attempted to talk more clear and get right to the point instead of dragging the pitch out for more than 90 seconds. Hope everyone enjoys!

My prototypical customer is named Brett. Brett is a 3rd year Investment Banker in his late 20's who works in the heart of the financial district in Atlanta. He drives a 5 series BMW and leaves for work every morning at 7:00 AM. His favorite TV shows are Shark Tank and criminal minds. He enjoys going out on his boat during the weekends with his bros. He is happily single and is working on himself till he decides to settle down with one girl. Brett is always hyper and loves living his life at a fast pace. Unfortunately, his biggest pet peeve is not being able to grab a coffee and a bagel on his way to the office in the mornings because 8:00 AM traffic only allows him to get to the office right in time without a second to spare. He really needs an alternate route to get to work each morning when rush hour traffic occurs so he can arrive at work on time with a stomach full of bagels and donuts. My 5 unique traits 1. I am curious of how things operate and work. I love taking things apart then putting them back together again. 2.  I have a tendency to plan things very far in advanced. I never have a moment where I am not thinking about the long term outcome 3. I have a split Extrovert/Introvert personality. Alone time is just as important to me as friends and relationships. 4.   I am very confident in whatever I do, showing your best effort is all that matters to me. 5. I am a very honest and genuine person due to my past and experiences. I believe this is the best way to making meaningful connections and living a happy life. 

My 3 Interviews: Interview 1:                  Question: What are your alternatives when deciding to purchase something? Does the price come into play? Quality? Style?                 Colten: "When I am making a purchase, I see things as how many uses can I extract out of the product. For instance, I would much rather choose to spend $150 on a leather wallet that will last for years over a cotton one that will get me 6 months of use if I am lucky. So I would say the quality of the product is something that I highly take into consideration. 1). What are the behaviors that you have used (or developed) to keep up with the requirements of this course           Answer: Time management, time management, and.... time management. With working full time and taking two other classes in addition to this one, my days are non-stop until I turn my light off for bed each night. I had to develop a set time and day for when I would dedicate all of my attention to this particular course which in turn, gave me a better foundation for work ethic and time management. You read about an Entrepreneur... 1) What surprised you the most?         The fact that Steve Jobbs at one point had an addiction to LSD. And how this was the driving factor for a lot of his creativity when coming up with ideas for computers. He states that this experience opened up his mind to what life was really made of. It was surprising that a small tab of acid inspired a man to change technology forever.  What about the entrepreneur did you most admire?       His pure drive and hunger to create his vision and be successful. Time after time the opportunity to either sell out or give up presented itself, but he choose to be resilient and stick out what he believed. The market segment I choose to target for this assignment is young professionals who commute from Deland, FL to Orlando on a daily basis for their career. All three of them work as Engineers in the city and use the highway system as a means of commuting when traveling from and to. After conducting interviews, I was able to dig a little deeper on when, where, and why traffic effects them the most. They all told me that getting home an hour late is expected if you do not leave work by 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. With 5:00PM rush hour of all the people commuting, the likely hood of bumper to bumper traffic is very high. This also includes in the early hours of the morning, you must be on the road by 6:00AM to bypass 8:00AM traffic. Continuing on with the interview, I also understood  that the worst traffic is located more within the city limits of Orlando then opposed to the outskirts. Entrance ramps can be backed up for miles if there is a live accident on the outbound highways....

1. My name is Christopher Klein and I am 22 years old and a Junior here at the University of Florida on track for a degree in Finance with a Minor in Real Estate. A few of my best talents happen to be meeting and talking to new people and playing golf. Majority of my experiences within college happen to be across the board including an internship in Chicago which gave me the ability to travel to Ohio, Pennsylvania, and California as well. I also have had the luxury of having the opportunity of seeing the middle east during my sophomore trip to Israel two summers ago. All these things have shaped the way I see the world today.
